This Privacy Policy explains how Ruby Constellation (the “App”), an offline puzzle game, handles information when you use it. The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

The App is designed to work entirely offline. You can play its fifty challenges without creating an account, connecting to a game server, or providing personal information.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, request, receive, or transmit personal information through the App. The App does not collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or other personal identifiers.

The App also does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, or similar data-collection services. No third-party software development kits (SDKs) are integrated into the App.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

To provide the game features, the App stores a small amount of gameplay information locally on your device. This may include:

• your current puzzle attempt and accepted moves;
• your unlocked and completed campaign challenges;
• your Motion and Haptics preferences.

This information is used only to preserve your game progress and preferences, including when you close and reopen the App. It is not sent to us or to third parties, and it is not synchronized with any cloud service or another device.

4. Internet Access and Offline Operation

All game content is included in the installation. Ruby Constellation does not require an internet connection to play and does not provide online accounts, cloud saves, multiplayer sessions, online rankings, or server-based gameplay features.

5. Advertising, Purchases, and Third-Party Services

The App contains no advertisements and no in-app purchases. It does not include third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, tracking tools, or third-party SDKs.

Downloading or installing the App through an app store may be subject to that store’s own privacy practices and terms. Those practices are governed by the relevant platform provider, not by this App or this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Gameplay information and preferences remain in the App’s local storage on your device so that your progress can be restored. We do not keep copies of this information on our servers.

You can generally remove locally stored App data by clearing the App’s storage in your device settings or uninstalling the App. The exact steps and consequences may depend on your Android device and operating-system version.

7. Children and Age Restriction

Ruby Constellation is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not designed or directed to children. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

8. Security

Because gameplay data is stored locally and is not transmitted to us, we do not maintain a server-side database of player information. Please use the security features available on your device to help protect information stored on it.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
